Features

Everything a session needs.
Nothing it doesn’t.

Automatic progression

Hit all your reps and the weight goes up next time; miss them three times and it plans a deload. Every target explains why it is that number. Finished fewer sets on purpose? Close the exercise and it won’t count as a miss.

Rest timer everywhere

Dynamic Island, lock screen and a gentle vibration when it’s time. Sound is optional.

Sets in seconds

One set open at a time, weights from last session, swipe to copy or delete. Optional effort (RIR) per set.

Recovery map

See which muscles are fatigued, recovering or ready, and which you haven’t trained in two weeks.

Streaks that forgive

A weekly goal instead of a daily guilt trip. Mark rest, sick or travel days and your streak stays intact.

Plans your way

Fixed weekdays or an A-B-C rotation that never shifts when you miss a day. Starter programs included.

Body & photos

Body weight, eight tape measurements and progress photos with a before/after slider. Photos never leave your phone.

Bring your history

Import your workouts from Strong, Hevy or FitNotes. Export everything as JSON whenever you like.

FAQ

Questions.

When does IronLog launch?

Soon on the App Store and Google Play. Want early access? Email me and I’ll add you to the beta.

Do I need an account?

No. Everything works on your phone without one. Create a free account only if you want backup and sync across devices.

What happens to my data?

Your training data lives on your device. If you sign in, a backup is stored with Google Firebase so you can restore it. It is never sold and there are no ads. Read the privacy policy.

Can I move my history from another app?

Yes. Export a CSV from Strong, Hevy or FitNotes and import it in Settings. Duplicates are skipped, so importing twice is safe.

Which languages are supported?

English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French and Arabic, with exercise names available in English for everyone.
